In all the years that Critteraid has been operating, we have seen many animal rescue organizations start up.

But we have also seen a good many of them collapse. We know that our present Directors and other Volunteers will not be with Critteraid indefinitely and, as such, we need to address many of the changes that are going to happen when those days come.

InAnne started the Critteraid Legacy Fund with a sizeable donation. Each year, we try and add to it. The interest that is earned on the investment is returned to the Legacy Fund to help it grow.Oh, hello. I am Bold. I was rescued along with my siblings from a terrible situation, but I have had all the best care in the world and am now ready to move on in my life. I am healthy and happy, still very shy but with the right amount of care, I could learn to trust.

I can get along with other cats but no dogs, please and only older considerate kids. Foster Bold Please click here to download our Request to Foster form. Adopt Bold Please click here to download our application form. Related Photos.

Spooky Hey there, are you looking for me? I am a senior gentleman looking for a new roommate. Hoping toWe have had a very intense but successful year inrescuing suffering animals throughout the South Okanagan! There have been entire colonies needing an incredible amount of medical attention, rehabilitation and love to get them ready for their new families. We were also able to finally realize our dream of a cat nursery, which resulted in over kittens last season that we provided care for.

In order to make this easier and efficient for those of you who want to help, we would like to introduce you to:. Please click on the above link and notice that the items have associated quantities, this will help provide an idea of how much we may need. We would not be able to do this without your generous donations and support!! Critteraid is a registered non-profit society and is not part of any larger organization.

Critteraid Animal Sanctuary is not just a shelter or rescue facility, it is also an educational facility that teaches people about animals in a way that will change their perspective about themselves and the world around them.

We depend on compassionate people in our community in order to keep our dream alive and make sure our legacy continues on. We are incredibly grateful for all the support we receive from our community and we constantly continue to build new relationships in order to strengthen our legacy.

This very special organization has a beautiful 10 acre farm in the South Okanagan providing sanctuary and rescue for a wide variety of abandoned and abused animals in the Okanagan cats, lots of kittens, dogs, horses, cows, pigs, ducks, alpacas, donkeys and even a rooster.

Our 3 key goals are rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of the animals that have become part of the Critteraid family. It is incredibly important to always find loving homes for all of our animals in order to keep rescuing those that need us.

Having said this, if it turns out that adoption is not an option for whatever reason then we are honored to provide sanctuary for as long as needed for some it is for their entire life. This can be costly but we believe all animals deserve a chance at a healthy and happy life! It is with this thought in mind that we reach out respectfully and humbly to ask for support in our dream of ending animal suffering.

There are a variety of ways to support us; materials for projects, one time donation, regular sponsorship donations of an animal of your choice, silent auction items for our fundraisers or anything else you may think suitable.

Whatever it might be, we would be so grateful. It is not without partnerships, that we can continue our animal compassion efforts in the Okanagan.

After booting Chris Miller and Phil Lord from the Han Solo spinoff this summer, and sidelining Gareth Edwards for big reshoots and edits on last winter's Rogue One, the latest forsaken filmmaker is Colin Trevorrow, who will no longer be at the helm of the untitled Episode IX. By now we know the drill: Lucasfilm releases a statement (or not, in the case of Edwards), fans speculate as trade reporters scramble for insight, and then a few days later, a new director is named.

Now there's a new wrinkle in the process: During that speculating phase, people can put their money where their fan theories are by placing bets on who will fill the biggest job opening in the galaxy.
